By accessing and using the Lace & Liberty Design Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Design Studio Usage
The Design Studio allows you to create custom wedding dress designs. All designs created are your intellectual property. However, Lace & Liberty reserves the right to use anonymized design data to improve our services.
3. Pricing & Orders
Prices displayed in the Design Studio are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed during the consultation process. All custom dress orders require a 50% deposit and are subject to our production timeline of 12-16 weeks.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Lace & Liberty. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. User Content
When you upload photos or create designs, you grant Lace & Liberty a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will not share your personal photos without your explicit consent.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Design Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lace & Liberty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Design Studio.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Design Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
